JOB DESCRIPTION \xe2\x80\xa2 Entering Financial transaction into our accounting EII system \xe2\x80\xa2 Reconciling invoices with the supplier statement \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist on payment progress \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist on Yearly Audit process \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist AP accounting department job whenever needed assist in order the job run smoothly Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure accuracy, on time, transparency, responsibility in all transaction. Requirements and skills \xe2\x80\xa2 * Work experience as an Accounting Assistant \xe2\x80\xa2 * Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures \xe2\x80\xa2 * Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software \xe2\x80\xa2 * No problem on communication skill \xe2\x80\x93 basic verbal and written skill are require \xe2\x80\xa2 * Language : English/ Malay etc \xe2\x80\xa2 * Diploma in Accounting, Finance or relevant field also acceptable
