Data entry into spreadsheets, databases, or systems.
Assisting with record keeping and updating files.
Answering phone calls and taking messages.
Handling basic inquiries from staff, students, or visitors.
Assisting with preparation of reports, letters, and memos.
Supporting event arrangements (e.g., meetings, training, workshops).
Assisting other team members as required.
Performing simple errands related to office operations.
