Responsibilities:
Responsible for merchandising assigned products at the retail level within their designated region. Reporting to the Supervisor, this role ensures daily operations are carried out in line with company expectations.

• Execute product merchandising using POSM (Point of Sale Materials) and strictly adhere to merchandising guidelines.
• Improve in-store product availability and visibility through effective utilization of POSM.
• Promote products at the retail level by educating consumers on unique selling points.
• Manage daily retail operations and submit administrative documentation promptly (e.g., monthly reports, shelf price tracking, out-of-stock reports).
• Report competitor trade activities and sales campaigns to immediate supervisors for Marketing, CDD, and Sales departments.
• Collaborate closely with Key Account Executives (KAE) and Sales Executives (SE) to implement value-added services aimed at improving in-store availability and visibility.

To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:

• A basic school certificate.
• Relevant working exposure or experience in a similar role.
• Willing to relocate to the job location.
