In New Product Development Planning we play a key role in the product development teams (PDT) for these products from early design to product launch. We execute in a fast-paced dynamic environment that lays the path for products to go to revenue. The New Product Planner will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• The coordination and startup activities for a product line from engineering to production and ensuring a smooth transition from new product introduction to high volume manufacturing.
• Ensuring product commits are met.
• Driving new product marketing and manufacturing naming and routing requirements through product planning systems setup activities.
• Collecting and scrubbing engineering and/or marketing sample demand by product forecast.
• Ensuring that the required information is available for downstream activities.
• Performing analysis in manufacturing risks capacity utilization manufacturing scheduling inventory levels engineering requirements and customer demand and/or delivery expectations for product start up through product stabilization.
• Effectively interacting and managing cross functional stakeholders.
• Understanding both supply chain strategies and technical details of CPU engineering programs.
• Role modeling Lean culture. Driving root cause solutions and improvements based on thorough understanding of the business processes and supply chain dependencies.
• Communicate explain and clarify complex issues with the customer business groups divisions and translate business requirements.
• Help develop processes and tools for a new manufacturing flow and product configuration.
• Act as an interface to tools teams representing tool and process requirements.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.

Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

• The candidate must possess a Bachelor\'s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or any related field 3+ years of relevant experience in Planning and/or Supply Chain Management 2+ years of experience related to working on process and tool improvement projects and/or Project Management

Preferred qualifications: 3+ years of experience in semiconductor environment related to manufacturing engineering or operations 3+ years of experience Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite/365 (Deeper understanding of Excel, Data Management/Analytics, Power BI, etc.)

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
