Position : 3 month contract Trust and Safety Analyst
Location : Kuala Lumpur
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
Supporting a Trust & Safety team based throughout Asia in onboarding new customers in the Philipphines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong & Thailand.
Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to resolve customer queries.
Analyse and manage events generated by the suite of detection tools.
Provide updates to internal customers on the status of accounts.
Follow up hirers via email requesting additional information to complete account verification.

Fluent English skills (verbal and written) \xe2\x80\xa2 Verbal and written comprehension of either BahasaMalaysia or Cantonese/Mandarin.
