MohonKelayakan

  • Diploma in Business Management/Business Administration/Accounting.
  • Have basic accounting.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in handling tenancy.
  • Good in communication and writing skills.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office especially Word, Excel and Power point.
Tanggungjawab
  • Tenancy administrative works documentation and preparation of tenancy SOP. (New Tenancy and Renewal Tenancy Procedure)
  • Close account/Termination of tenancy - preparation of termination, do refund payment, and matching statement of account
  • Do Monthly report or updating report, business licenses and work permit application administrative.
  • Ad-hoc duties as be may assigned by the manager from time to time.
  • General administations which include filing of hardcopy and soft copy documents, making sure filling system is systematic and documents are easily accessible.
