Dploma/Bachelor Degree in Business Management/Business Administration/ Property Development/ Real Estate Management/ Accounting.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in handling tenancy/ fit-out matters for commercial real estate/ shopping malls/ high rise building or any other related field.
Experience in Accounting will be an added advantage.
Able to build effective and long - standing partnership with relevant stakeholders.
Good in communication and writing skills.
Computer literate in Microsoft Office especially Word, Excel and Power point.
TanggungjawabTenancy Management:
Responsible to provide a profession administrative support and ensure the smooth running of the office administration.
Organize office operation and procedures, reviewing and approving supply requisition, assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office system and layout.
Rental Payment - Regions:
Prepare the payment if there are difference and others charges and tally the statement account.
General administrations which include filling of hardcopy and soft copy documents, making sure filling system is dynamic and documents are easily accessible.
Monthly Report:
To prepare monthly chair movement report and submit to account team.
Incoming Correspondences:
Upon received the incoming correspondence from landlord, to be open and segregate as following invoices - to check in systems are correct rental as per master tenancy and submit to accounts.
