About the job
The Tenant Manager, Shopping Centre, leads activities surrounding the interactions between assets, center management teams, project teams and tenants to ensure alignment and high-quality information exchange. The role guides and leads leasing income and costs budgeting and forecasting processes, their execution and follow-up. Your assignment

  • Lead, manage and follow up leasing financial analysis, leasing income and costs budgeting and forecast.
  • Evaluate possible commercial or reputational risks, initiate and mitigate plans.
  • Analyze tenant\xe2\x80\x99s sales turnover to ensure healthy occupancy ratio and to meet commercial profitability.
  • Monitor and follow up yearly lease plan, tenant mix, positioning, and customer journey to ensure financial projections are up to the healthy level against the budget.
  • Manage the preparation and review of Lease annual business plans to deliver sustainable and profitable business plans.
  • Manage assigned portfolio for open and future shopping centres by planning and development, executing strategies and yearly lease plans.
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of co-workers by implementing a structured information flow within the team to achieve team alignment in all relevant lease processes related topics.
  • Support and initiate pro-active cross-department cooperation, workshops with the leasing teams to deliver new ideas and improve knowledge about the local market and shopping centre.

Qualification
Your profile
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or professional qualification in Business Management, Management, Business Administration, International Business and similar degree or professional qualification
  • Minimum 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Shopping Center Management/ Finance / Leasing
  • Experience in retail and property market.
  • Knowledge of commercial in retail sectors, tenant\xe2\x80\x99s needs, including merchandising, store concepts, brand evaluation and Shopping Centre competitors.
  • Strong in financial background and have the ability to analyse data.
  • Following the trend of market benchmarking and tenant fit out
  • Able to work independently, agile towards changes and positive toward challenges.
  • Ability to inspire individuals and teams to accomplish organizational goals; motivate people to perform and grow by providing feedback, coaching, training, and career direction.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the processes, guidelines, and manuals.
