To monitor tender portals and emails for new tender opportunities and updates.
To register all the tender/RFQ information or requirement in company system.
To create and register product listing in ePerolehan and client/vendor procurement
systems.
To coordinate with sales team to gather necessary documents for product registration.
To ensure all tender documentation complies with requirements and specifications.
Prepare quotations and manage tender submissions for both government and private
sector projects.
To ensure the tender deadline is regularly updated with any changes in dates or requirements as communicated by the client in tender portal.
To work with sales team on important tender activities such as mandatory site visits or
project brie?ngs, query or clarification and client meetings etc.
Conduct client presentations and support business development activities.
Coordinate tender logistics, timelines, and submission planning to ensure timely
delivery.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: SPM, Diploma, or Degree in any related field.
Strong command of both Bahasa Melayu and English (spoken and written).
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Willing to travel for outstation assignments when necessary.
Experience with e-Perolehan and Tender Direct platforms is an advantage.
Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.

Warehouse Assistance
Job description:
Receive, unload, and check incoming goods against delivery orders.
Pick, pack, and prepare items for outgoing deliveries.
Maintain proper storage and organization of products in the warehouse.
Conduct regular stock checks and update inventory records.
Operate basic warehouse equipment (trolley, pallet jack, forklift - if certified).
Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and compliant with company policies.
Assist in periodic stock counts and audits.
Support supervisor/management with other warehouse-related tasks as required.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM or equivalent (high school graduate).
Previous warehouse or logistics experience is an advantage.
Physically fit; able to lift and move goods.
Basic math and counting skills.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Responsible, reliable, and able to follow instructions.
Willing to work overtime or shifts when required.
