Each day, you will ensure technical and commercial support for internal and external customers. You will also showcase your expertise by overseeing estimations, bids, and proposals ensuring alignment with ABB standards and targets and leading, developing, and coaching the Sales Support team. The work model for the role is: #LI-onsite, #LI-hybrid This role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solution Business being based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. You will be mainly accountable for: \xe2\x80\xa2 Working in collaboration with the Sales team to support and execute strategies to establish products and solutions during design/identification phase. \xe2\x80\xa2 Overseeing the support provided and proposal preparation by assigning and allocating internal and external resources for technical and commercial support and proposal preparation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Overseeing the validation of terms and conditions (commercial, technical, legal, and pricing) in each offer Supporting bid/no bid analyses and decisions. Participating in project risk review processes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborating closely with the opportunity leader to understand the opportunity requirement / Scope / Specification / Needs and develop a customer request into a ABB offer by proposing a compliant solution with the Client requirements in the most cost-effective manner. \xe2\x80\xa2 Providing accurate and approved tender/bid submission within SLA. Commercial judgement \xe2\x80\x93 ability to estimate the potential value of an enquiry/tender, and the chance of success.Qualifications for the role

• Degree in Electrical Engineering and equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in Electrical Engineering/tendering in Medium Voltage/Switchgear.
• Attentive to both technical and contractual details of RFPs and tender document.
• Knowledge of commercial terms and conditions.
• Leadership through influence, problem solving, team-working, communication, result orientation complete the profile.
• Fluency in English is a must, both written and spoken.
