Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

Helping children with sensory, cognitive, and coordination challenges through structured play to improve school readiness, motor skills, behavior, and self-care, especially in older children. Conduct evaluations, create and follow treatment plans, document progress, provide therapy, delegate tasks, and handle discharges per standard procedures. Attends, participates and manage events held by the company to educate public about what the company can offer and it's benefits. Maintains safe and clean working environment at all time. Demonstrates professionalism as a healthcare professional by being punctual and dependable for assigned/confirmed work task. Constantly maintain high professional standards at work with regard to personal behavior and interactions with others children, staff and families. Perform other duties as requested by superiors within due dates.

REQUIREMENT

Candidates must possess a minimum of a Diploma/ Degree in

Occupational Therapy

(Fresh grad are welcome to apply) Must have a compassionate and positive attitude, ability to work constructively as part of a team, understanding OT's roles Responsible and own position with these roles & be able to enthuse and inspire children Ability to adapt/respond to different types of student characters Team player, Self-motivated and self-directed Love to work with children Able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Melayu

Working Day/Hours

Working day : 5 days only (No alternate or half day on 6th day) Working hour : 9am - 5pm (8 hours only, 1 hour lunch)
