Responsibilities:

Intern Responsibilities - Test Software Automation

Automate Data Entry Processes

+ Develop scripts or tools to automate the transfer of test results from systems and handlers into the MARS platform.
+ Ensure data accuracy and integrity during automation.

Collaborate with Test Engineering Teams

+ Work closely with test engineers to understand current manual workflows and identify automation opportunities.
+ Participate in regular syncs to gather feedback and refine automation tools.

Support Software-Driven Initiatives

+ Extend automation solutions to other related software systems beyond MARS.
+ Assist in integrating automation into broader operational processes.

Documentation & Reporting

+ Maintain clear documentation of automation scripts, workflows, and implementation steps.
+ Provide regular updates on progress, challenges, and impact metrics.

Testing & Validation

+ Conduct thorough testing of automation tools to ensure reliability and robustness.
+ Validate output accuracy against manual entries.

Continuous Improvement

+ Propose enhancements to improve efficiency, scalability, and user experience.
+ Stay updated with relevant tools and technologies that can support automation efforts.


Qualifications:

Intern Qualifications - Test Software Automation

Educational Background

+ Currently pursuing a degree in

Computer Science

,

Software Engineering

,

Electrical/Electronic Engineering

, or a related technical field.

Technical Skills

+ Proficiency in

Python

C#

, or other scripting languages used in automation.
+ Familiarity with

data handling

database operations

+ Basic understanding of
