Job Description
Overview:PDF Solutions is seeking an Test Data Analyst to support Exensio Test Operation deployments at different customers worldwide.
- 5+ Years in Semiconductor Yield, Product, Test, Packaging or Assembly Engineering
- BS in Electronics Engineering, Physics, Microelectronics, Computer Engineering, IE. MS Preferred
- Develop & support standardized Exensio Test Operations analytic content
- Develop & support customer specific analysis
- Develop & support custom email reports
- Maintenance of standard Exensio Test Operations analytics
- Assist Field Team with ROI analysis and value based selling campaigns
- Semiconductor test or operations experience
- Prior data analytic experience
- Engineering statistics
- Windows power user
- Scripting: PowerShell, Batch, Shell (min 1)
- Programming: Python, R, VBA Basic (min 2)
- Travel required
- Semiconductor test or product engineering
- Programming: C , C++, Java, Javascript (min 1)
- System administration
- Related enterprise test software solutions
- Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE)
