About the Role:
Manual QA Tester - Global MyBusiness Project
We are looking for a Test Developer to join our MyBusiness team and support manual testing of new features developed within our e-commerce platform. Our team works in an agile environment, closely collaborating with developers, analysts, and the Product Owner to deliver business value in short iterations. This role is part of our growing QA team in Hearing Aids IT department, and we are looking for a new team member who is passionate about quality and eager to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative development process.
Scope of the Project:
Currently the MyBusiness solution has been implemented in 19 different countries, some of the countries are USA, Canada, Germany, France, Japan and Australia. The solution is implemented for our 3 brands; Oticon, Bernafon and Philips. The solution is integrated with several global applications. Due the success we are currently working on implementing MyBusiness in more countries.
Your Main Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Perform manual testing of new features and regression testing across web applications.
• Create and maintain test cases and test scenarios based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with developers to identify, reproduce, and resolve issues.
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
• Report and prioritize bugs to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and team practices.

To Qualify for the Role:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience in manual testing of web applications.
• Familiarity with test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., AzureDevOps).
• Ability to write clear and comprehensive test cases.
• Understanding of agile methodologies.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Proactive approach, courage to challenge existing solutions, curiosity.
• Attention to detail, desire to deliver to high standards.
• Fluent English, min B2 level.

Nice to have, but not required:

• ISTQB knowledge and certifications.
• Azure DevOps knowledge.
• Ecommerce project experience.
