Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Test and Validation Engineer with solid experience in test program development, automation, and strong test problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with Advantest 93K or similar testers, and a good understanding of Verilog and/or C++ for simulation and test program development.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead ATE testing processes using Advantest 93K testers. Develop and enhance memory test algorithms. Use Verilog for simulation and test bench creation. Perform Memory BIST testing as required. Work with Scan and ATPG tools to improve testing efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and performance. Document test results, identify issues, and provide feedback for product improvements.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field. Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent. Proficient in using Advantest 93K or similar testers. Strong experience in ATE testing and test program development. Hands-on expertise in Verilog simulation and test benches. Solid knowledge of memory test algorithms. Familiarity with Memory BIST testing. Experience with Scan and ATPG tools. Proficient in C++ for test program development.
