They are seeking to hire a Test Development Manager.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Test Development team in the design, development, and implementation of test solutions for semiconductor devices.
• Develop test strategies, methodologies, and plans to meet customer requirements, product specifications, and industry standards.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product Development, and Quality Assurance, to define test requirements and specifications.
• Drive the development of test hardware, software, and automation solutions for functional testing, performance testing, and reliability testing of semiconductor devices.
• Manage the design and validation of test fixtures, test programs, and test algorithms to ensure accurate and efficient testing.
• Implement best practices for test development, including test coverage analysis, fault tolerance, and test data management.
• Lead test characterization and optimization efforts to improve test yield, cycle time, and overall product quality.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in test development processes, tools, an methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality management systems in all test development activities.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and coaching to the Test Development team members.
• Manage test development projects, timelines, and resources to meet project milestones and customer deliverables.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in semiconductor test development, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proven track record of leading test development projects from concept to production, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
• Strong expertise in semiconductor test methodologies, equipment, and platforms (ATE, wafer probe, final test, etc.).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, Python, or LabVIEW for test automation and development.
• Experience with mixed-signal IC testing, RF testing, and high-speed digital testing is highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of semiconductor device physics, IC design principles, and test data analysis techniques.
• Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO 9001, TS 16949, etc.) and industry standards (JEDEC, IPC, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
