Job Description

Setup of new product & improve test strategies for existing products, to perform program test time reduction for capacity improvement & test yield improvement. Support QA team on analyze customer failure samples & provide countermeasure program for detect future similar failure slip through to customer. Provide training to technician group for smooth daily repairing work. Troubleshooting test board/ tester if IC failure occur & provide permanent countermeasure. Ensure test station operation, performance, stability & robustness. Develop plans to investigate root cause of deviations. Have knowledge on ATE tester platform e.g Teradyne ETS-800, Advantest T2000, T3347, Fusion-CX & LTX tester

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Electronics, Microelectronics or equivalent.

Fresh graduates

are encouraged to apply. Willing to travel overseas for new product transfer or machine buy off

Nice to have's

Basic C++ programming RPA (Robotic Process Automation) knowledge Basic PC and networking skills
