Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Lead instrument test transfer & validation activities and all tasks related to production transfer.
Troubleshoot and repair production non-conformities; support root cause isolation and ensure production plan attainment.Validate and release test programs, procedures, and documentation.
Build, configure, and maintain the production test environment (fixtures, instruments, stations).Handle after-sales repair for returned/defective units and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to closure.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering/Science (e.g., Electrical/Electronic, Mechatronics, Instrumentation) with 5+ years of testing experience.
Strong test bring-up/debug and data analysis skills with proficiency in relevant programming/software tools used in test engineering.
Continuous-improvement mindset; able to independently complete test reports/improvement summaries and implement optimizations.Proficient with test & measurement instruments; basic skills in electro mechanical/circuit maintenance, supervision, and improvements.
Fast learner with clear communication skills and strong cross-functional collaboration.Accountable, proactive, and passionate at work; experience in instrumentation related industries is an advantage.
A team player with good resilience and the ability to work under pressure.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
