Job Description

Support both new product introduction (NPI) and sustaining product, internal product transfer and setup, engineering change activities that include product testing and evaluations for all test-engineering processes. Develop product test procedure, method, and tools. Ensure new equipment and tester is properly qualified, calibrated and maintained according to corresponding procedures. Resolve problems related to test program/equipment/testers and ensure minimal down time. Monitor product test yields and compile yield reports. Analyze and drive for continue improvement project for test yield and RMA FA issues. To ensure accurate document, record keeping and archive measurement data pertaining to product parameters as per requirements. Perform test capacity planning and spare parts management. Lead and train the test/debug technicians in troubleshooting and repairing products. Collaborate with cross-functional team and customer for all product related issues. Any other projects assigned by superior.

Job Requirement

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Others) or equivalent. At least 2 years of working experience in related fields (PCBA functional/system testing). Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Experience and knowledge of software programming skills and test system instrument is an added advantage. Excellent skills in the areas of written and communication, problem solving, analytical, interpersonal working relationships, leadership, planning and organizing, quality of work, adaptability and dependability. Able to work independently, self-motivated, a strong team player, hands-on and able to make strong decisions with minimal supervision. Applicants must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas. Pay: RM3,400.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
