Location(s)Kawasan Perindustrian Perai, PenangCompanyMolexCareer FieldEngineeringJob Number159797Your JobTake charge of testers development and guide daily & prevention maintenance.What You Will Do () * Provide test solution for ICM new products and production, including tester design, quote and tracking purchase process.

• Production tester efficiency & quality continual improvement.

• Electrical failures analysis and improvement guidance.

• Assist QA to deal with customer\'s complaint.

• Control projects progress and realized goal well.

• Create and release related documents for testers such as: Tester specification, PWI & Golden sample list, Spare part List, Fixture GR&R.
• Training technicians for work skills and responsible for their activities in daily work

SCOPE: * All testers development & continue improvement in ICM manufacturing process.

• New testers transfer & setup for ICM manufacturing.

• All testers daily maintenance, prevention maintenance in ICM manufacturing process

• Electrical failure analysis and feedback for product quality improvement

• Test technician training & guidance.

EDUCATION:REQUIRED: Bachelor\'s degree or abovePREFERRED: * Graduated from electronics-related majors.

• Have relevant certificates such as electrician, etc..

What Will Put You AheadREQUIRED:Average Years of Experience: 3+PREFERRED: * 3-year + related working experience for testers in manufacturing industry.

• Familiar with engineering thinking mode to deal with manufacturing issues.

• Work experience in multinational company.

• Able to adapt to online communication across time differences

SKILLS & ABILITIES:REQUIRED: * Familiar with circuit design, PCB design or programming languages, such as PLC, Labview or C

• Familiar with operation of test instrument such as VNA, oscilloscope, Hi-pot tester, LCR meter

• Basic knowledge of SI test

• Good English in reading, writing and speaking.

• Good communication and organization, planning and analytical abilities.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize and meet targeted objectives.

• Ability to evaluate feasibility of new tester design & fixture cost & capacity improvement.

• Good teamwork spirit and proactive in action and sense of urgency.

• Have the knowledge of characters about Man & Material & Machine in process.
