Ensure the product is tested in accordance with the committed specifications.

• Support productionactivities in regard to test yield, test time reduction and etc
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities such as :-

\xe2\x97\xa6 Receive the knowledge transfer from R&D\xe2\x97\xa6 Calibration & functional test development and qualification \xe2\x97\xa6 Manufacturing tester to tester Gauge Repeatability & Reproducibility (GR&R) correlation

• Develop a suite of tests that must conform to manufacturing and quality goals using the test system provided.
• Production Test Support to regularly improve downtime & optimize capacity, via tester upgrades & standardization, PM & test equipment trending analysis.
• Perform Equipment OOT (Out of Tolerance) analysis, with RCA , CA & Improvement initiatives.
• Restore tester down issue at minimized impact to AOS (Assurance of Supply).
• Provide outsource support on test transfer qualification & transfer line sustaining.
• Ensure Test system & product compliances to ISO standards with traceability & upgrades upon needs.

• Master\xe2\x80\x99s or Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic and Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in modular instrument, smart manufacturing, automated software development, system and solution integration including the development of test plans and troubleshooting.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages, particularly C# or C++
• Experience in Cloud and Web-based software development is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of project management, Application Programming Interface (API), software development methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, time and task management, and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, reporting, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
