Job Responsibilities:

Product Testing Execution:

1) Deploy test devices and establish qualified testing environments to support various testing tasks, while conducting continuous management to ensure the effectiveness and stability of the test environments and equipment.

2) Accept task assignments from the Shenzhen test lead, and conduct functional testing, compatibility testing, and long-term stability testing on maintenance/sustaining releases or new versions of the company's new and existing products (such as wired IPC, battery IPC, NVR, and Hub, etc.), ensuring that product functionality, performance, robustness, and reliability meet quality requirements.

3) Leverage Malaysia's distinct network environment from China to carry out network compatibility testing for European and American markets, verifying product adaptability to network standards of major international markets.

Strictly follow the testing processes and specifications, execute test cases assigned by the Shenzhen team, and be able to propose optimization suggestions based on accumulated execution experiences and provide timely feedback to the Shenzhen team.

Cross-Regional Collaboration & Communication:

1) Communicate with the Shenzhen team in Mandarin, including test task assignment, confirmation, resource coordination, progress updates, and issue feedback.

2) Work closely with the local Malaysia customer service team, assist in reproducing or analyzing customer-reported product issues, and intercept at the front-end issues caused by user mis-operation to avoid unnecessary investigation by the Shenzhen R&D team.

During the initial stage while still familiarizing yourself with the company's business and product design, you need to synchronize any discovered issues or anomalies to the Shenzhen team for confirmation before reporting; after becoming familiar, you must directly report, record, track, verify or close issues in the ZenTao system.

Documentation & Compliance:

Follow the testing processes and templates established by the team, complete test execution, report test results accurately and truthfully, write and update product issue tickets, and submit test reports or summaries as needed.

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science and Technology, Telecommunication Engineering, Software Engineering, or other related engineering majors.

2. At least 2 years of embedded system product testing experience. Testing experience in image, audio, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, or 4G related areas is preferred.

Familiar with the full lifecycle of software testing, including requirements analysis, test case design, test plan formulation, test execution, issue reporting, test results output, and test escape analysis and improvements, etc.

3.1) Proficient in test/project management systems such as ZenTao, JIRA, or equivalent platforms.

2) Familiar with basic Linux commands, capable of test environment setup, test execution, or issue debugging and diagnosis.

3) Familiar with packet capture tools such as Wireshark.

Familiar with terminal interface connection tools such as secureCRT, MobaXterm, PuTTY. |

4.Proficient in Mandarin for seamless collaboration with the global team.

Fluent in English for effective cross-functional communication with the local customer service team.

5.Excellent cross-regional and cross-team communication skills and strong pressure resistance, able to adapt to the fast-paced rhythm of the company's R&D projects, complete assigned tasks within specified deadlines, and ensure testing quality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
