Job Description

OPEN TO FRESH GRADUATES!

Collaborate with design and development teams to understand system requirements and create test cases that ensure all functional and performance criteria are met. Conduct functional, regression, performance, and stress testing on automation systems and components. Execute manual and automated tests to identify defects, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement. Document test results, including detailed reports on defects, issues, and recommendations for resolution. Utilize industry-standard tools and technologies to automate repetitive testing tasks and ensure consistent test execution. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the product development lifecycle. Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on testability, reliability, and quality considerations. Investigate and diagnose issues identified during testing, working closely with engineering teams to resolve problems. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of issues.

Job Requirement

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience with automation systems, PLCs, robotics, and industrial control systems is highly desirable. Basic understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and processes. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills
