Job Description
TEST ENGINEER DESCRIPTION Responsibilities: Knowledge on functional simulation and ZOIX fault grading. Convert the existing RTL functional simulation to GLN simulation Convert simulation waveform with ZOIX to collect fault coverage. Merge the ATPG fault coverage with functional fault coverage to get the final total coverage Complete fault analysis for those uncovered fault. Qualification: BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 7 years of experience or master's degree with 5 years of experience Experience or deep knowledge of functional simulation tool like SNPS ZOIX RTL and GLN simulation and debugging, 4+ years Tools and scripting (Python, shell) experience Basic knowledge of mentor ATPG tool. C++, Verilog
