Job Description

Location: Shah Alam, Selangors:

• Test the Auto Fare Collection system (AFC) manually and automatically. This includes testing the Ticket Vending Machines (TVM), Central Computer System (CCS), Station Computer System (SCS), Passenger Service Machines (PSM/CPM), and Automatic Gates (AG).
• Verify that the system satisfies design criteria and validate its functionality against those requirements.
• Carry out and oversee end-to-end system testing, encompassing both software and hardware elements.
• Create thorough test cases tailored to AFC systems and implement them.
• Create and implement test scenarios for AFC component acceptability, performance, integration, and functional testing.
• Identify, log, and track defects using.
• Work together with development teams to identify and fix problems.
• Create thorough test reports, including updated test cases, and offer suggestions for process enhancements and test automation techniques.
• Share test findings and offer suggestions for enhancements.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experiences.
• Understanding about Agile frameworks and experience with regression testing.
• Familiarity with communication protocols such as TCP/IP and RS232.
• Experience with scripting languages, SQLite, and Oracle DB.
• Demonstrated experience in testing AFC systems or comparable systems.
• Knowledge of AFC system components, including both hardware and software.
• Familiarity with communication protocols such as TCP/IP and RS232.
