Our client is a Medical Device company in Johor Bahru. Due to rapid expansion, they are seeking a Test Engineering Manager. Key Responsibilities Manage resource allocations, schedules, and project budgets Develop training plans for team member development Understand cable harness manufacturing, drive system, sub-system, and interface requirements Propose and lead feasibility studies and proof of concepts Lead analysis in areas such as circuit design, timing, thermal/cooling, DC/DC power design, and electrical loads Create testing solutions and checklists for products Lead electronics subsystem integration and system-level testing Introduce new products and establish test procedures, documentation, and implementation processes Guide the development of new features to enhance existing products Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Supplier Engineering, Quality Engineering, and supply chain organizations Lead system-level discussions regarding overall system performance impacts Refine production specifications with customers and execute their product vision Resolve issues with design teams and customers, such as EOL components, manufacturability concerns, and customer requests Work in a fast-paced global team environment and collaborate with other technical teams Skills & Experience Required Bachelor\'s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent education and experience Minimum of 10 years of testing experience Knowledge of LabVIEW, Lab Windows/CVI, or C programming Familiarity with NFPA 70, NFPA 79, UL 508A, IPC 620 preferred SolidWorks Electrical experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Understanding of Engineering Change Management Process Knowledge of Design for Manufacturability and Design for Cost Previous experience in medical/health-tech environments preferred, ISO 13485 certification is required To apply, please click APPLY NOW or email Shan Li at Due to the volume of applications received, we regret to inform you that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
