Requirements
Education: College or University level.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in electronic/electrical manufacturing maintenance or product testing.
Technical Skills: * Proficiency in test equipment, machinery, and test program setup, repair, or modification.
Knowledge in test fixture design and modification.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills.
Linguistic Ability: Proficiency (Good to Excellent) in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
Responsibilities
System Management: Take accountability for the effectiveness of the Quality and Environmental Management system, ensuring policies are integrated into business processes.
Equipment Maintenance: Maintain all test equipment at optimum efficiency and cost; identify and plan for short-term and long-term maintenance needs.
Yield Optimization: Monitor and analyze test yield data; collaborate with relevant groups to optimize test yields.
Program Development: Set up test programs for new device types and develop or modify programs for OEM and ODM products.
Validation: Oversee and approve newly written or modified test programs.
Quality Control: Ensure existing test equipment is capable of effectively filtering out rejected products.
Technical Operations: Handle equipment/machinery setup, numbering, review, repairing, and modification.
Leadership: Motivate and guide technicians involved in troubleshooting, maintenance, and calibration.
General: Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.
