Job Description

:

• Detailed understanding of how to properly document test cases and create effective and focused testing plans.
• Lead and manage the testing activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.
• Develop comprehensive test plans, strategies, and test cases based on project requirements and specifications.
• Assign tasks and provide guidance to the testing team, including test engineers and testers.
• Conduct test reviews and ensure adequate test coverage for all project deliverables.
• Identify and document defects, issues, and risks in a clear and concise manner, and work with relevant teams to resolve them.
• Monitor and report on test progress, metrics, and quality indicators to project stakeholders.
• Continuously improve testing processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay updated with the latest testing trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science or other relevant studies.
• Minimum 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience and have good testing skill, bug-reporting skill, and team lead management skills.
• Experience with create test cases and prepare the test plan.
• Good at creating training documents and guiding tester on new knowledge
• Detailed-oriented with finding and describe issues clearly.
• Experience with Windows OS, Mac OS, Linux OS
• Independent and able to learn how to setup the test environment alone.
• Experience with setup the server (Eg: LDAP server, domain server, mail server, proxy server, syslog server etc.)
• Good communication with SWQA lead and team members.
• Good at finding the risk on test plan and resource management.
• Fast-learner and willing to learn new knowledge
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• Able to work effectively and under pressure
