Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of manual and automation testers. Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium with Java. Oversee manual testing efforts, ensuring comprehensive test coverage. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to understand requirements. Define test strategies, plans, and ensure adherence to best practices. Track, report, and manage defects through the defect lifecycle. Mentor team members and conduct code/test reviews. Ensure timely delivery of testing milestones and project deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

6-10 years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, Java, and TestNG/JUnit frameworks. Experience in manual testing, test case design, and execution. Proficiency in defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM, Bugzilla). Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to communicate fluently in Malay and English.

Good to Have:

Experience in API testing (Postman/Rest Assured). Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven). Exposure to cloud-based testing platforms.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to RM8,000.00 per month
