Job Responsibities:

Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Test Lead with expertise in both automation and manual testing to lead and mentor the QA team, define test strategies, and ensure high-quality product delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in test automation frameworks and manual test practices, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end testing activities for projects, including test planning, design, execution, and reporting. Define and implement test strategies for both manual and automated testing. Develop, maintain, and enhance automation frameworks and scripts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and project managers to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage. Review and approve test cases, test scripts, and test data. Manage defect lifecycle and ensure timely resolution. Guide and mentor junior QA engineers, fostering best practices and continuous improvement. Coordinate test efforts across different phases (unit, integration, system, UAT). Ensure compliance with quality standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. * Provide regular status reports and metrics to stakeholders.
