Job Description

Test Manager

This is a public listed Taiwanese company, which the parent group is the top 5 electronic company in the Taiwan stock market. The position is for their new motherboard manufacturing plant in Johor Bahru.

Responsibilities:

• Implement ICT/BSI/BFT production testing programs and assist in resolving production test issues.
• Assist in maintaining the stability of test equipment and collaborate with the test development team.
• Improve testing efficiency and manage the testing team.
• Enhance testing equipment technology and plan or develop more advanced testing solutions.
• Liaise with equipment vendors, lead equipment introduction, and oversee acceptance.

• Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience with Shell Script software design and development, and familiarity with large-scale operating systems such as Linux and Windows Server.
• Preferred experience in server testing, development, or implementation.
• Team management experience.
• Intermediate or higher proficiency in English in terms of listening, speaking, reading, and writing, along with experience in dealing with international clients.
