Test Manager

Mandatory: Banking domain and specifically CARDS

Team: Should have handled 3 and above, at least as a TEAM LEAD

Willing to take challenge role as MANAGER

Must have any of the Automation tool: Selenium, Open text, Katalon

The Test Manger is dedicated to ensuring that project/application meet the end user requirements and that all testing deliverables are fit for purpose. Test Manager will manage the full E2E Test Management life cycle of all the Functional Test Management deliverables. He or she will work closely with the Program/Project Manager to ensure that e2e test strategy applied throughout impacted applications are tested with high level of quality and are up to standards. This role is responsible for providing the effective management of test activities including standards and process development.

EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Project Management, Finance, Banking, MIS, IT or equivalent experience 6 - 9 years' extensive experience as a Test Manager or Test Lead in a reputed organization with experience in managing test projects Solid understanding of test project delivery and acceptance processes in a fast-paced business environment. A strong understanding of testing and automation technologies from both a technical and business perspective, specifically writing Test Plans, Test specifications and Test Reports Experience in Banking industry

EXPERIENCE

Testing experiences (i.e: Test Execution) Test planning, Test management (inclusive of Defect management) JIRA or defect management tool - E2E Team & Stakeholders management Banking domain and products knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
