Job Description
:
We are looking for an experienced Test Manager with 5-7 years of expertise in the PROS and Payments domain to lead testing efforts for critical banking applications. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of various payment systems including card processing, ACH, and real-time payments.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end testing activities for PROS and payment applications. Define and maintain test strategy, test plans, and test artefacts. Ensure high-quality test delivery using tools like JIRA, ALM, and Confluence. Oversee daily test operations and manage testing teams. Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement analysis and defect resolution. Coordinate with automation and performance testing teams for efficient delivery.
Must-Have Skills:
Strong domain knowledge in payments (card, ACH, RTP) or in a similar domain. Experience in test management for banking applications. Hands-on with JIRA, Confluence, and other test management tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Basic understanding of automation and performance testing processes.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
