Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee functional, usability, regression, and performance testing for web applications. Ensure effective test automation and manual testing approaches. Ensure robust UI testing methodologies to evaluate user interactions and experience. Establish test data management and defect tracking processes. Drive test automation adoption for improved efficiency. Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers and testers. Coordinate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to improve software quality. Ensure compliance with best QA practices, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Monitor and report on test progress, defects, and quality metrics. Implement continuous improvements in testing processes and tools. Stay updated with the latest trends in QA, automation, and web testing technologies.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

10+ Years Experience in QA/Test Management, particularly in Core Banking and web applications. Expertise in UI testing, usability testing, and accessibility testing. Strong knowledge of automation frameworks (Preferably TOSCA). Experience with test management tools (JIRA). Solid understanding of Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications like ISTQB or equivalent. Experience in AI-driven or cloud-based testing environments. Hands-on experience in API testing and performance testing.
