Key Responsibilities: * Provide improved yield, productivity, and cycle time * Support of the factory floor, such as troubleshooting and disposition of rejects, determiningroot cause of production issues * Providing training to production pe Key Responsibilities: Provide improved yield, productivity, and cycle time Support of the factory floor, such as troubleshooting and disposition of rejects, determiningroot cause of production issues Providing training to production personnel New product introduction as well as creating test procedures, documenting, andimplementing of processes for new products To develop procedures and tools for testing Developing production and characterization test specifications Working on cost reduction and cycle time reduction projects To ensure the equipment is properly tested, calibrated, and certified according to thecorresponding procedures To ensure accurate document, record, and archive measurement data pertaining to productparameters and process control performance Support Test Development for NPI and Continuous improvement to remove non-value addactivities via automation Develop test fixture as needed. Education & Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field. A diploma holder with 5years of working experience can be considered Knowledge in ICT and FPT Test Familiar with KeysightEquipment (PNAX, PSG, PXAKnowledge in FCT Test ( Board Level Test ) Familiarization with IC Programming ( ALL-100 or Hi-Lo system ) and On-board programming (JTAG ) methodology Familiarization with Hi-sir or Stress test Chamber Knowledge in PCBA Troubleshooting for Analog, Digital, and RF Boards Familiarization to read schematic diagrams and assembly drawings Knowledge in reading component data specs Experienced in Customer engagement Provide Yield, Defect Pareto, Debug WIP report Knowledge of Minitab and SPC is an advantage Experienced in RMA and Failure Analysis Able to supervise Test and Debug Technician Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Ability to work in a fast-paced global team environment and with other technical teams Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and controls Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
