Key Responsibilities:

• Provide improved yield, productivity, and cycle time;
• Support of the factory floor, such as troubleshooting and disposition of rejects, determining root cause of production issues;
• Providing training to production personnel;
• New product introduction as well as creating test procedures, documenting, and implementing of processes for new products;
• To develop procedures and tools for testing;
• Developing production and characterization test specifications;
• Working on cost reduction and cycle time reduction projects;
• To ensure the equipment is properly tested, calibrated, and certified according to the corresponding procedures;
• To ensure accurate document, record, and archive measurement data pertaining to product parameters and process control performance;
• Support Test Development for NPI and Continuous improvement to remove non-value add activities via automation;
• Develop test fixture as needed.

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field. A diploma holder with

5 years of working experience can be considered; * Knowledge in ICT and FPT Test;

• Familiar with Keysight Equipment (PNAX, PSG, PXAKnowledge in FCT Test ( Board Level Test );
• Familiarization with IC Programming ( ALL-100 or Hi-Lo system ) and On-board programming (JTAG ) methodology;
• Familiarization with Hi-sir or Stress test Chamber;
• Knowledge in PCBA Troubleshooting for Analog, Digital, and RF Boards;
• Familiarization to read schematic diagrams and assembly drawings;
• Knowledge in reading component data specs;
• Experienced in Customer engagement;
• Provide Yield, Defect Pareto, Debug WIP report;
• Knowledge of Minitab and SPC is an advantage;
• Experienced in RMA and Failure Analysis;
• Able to supervise Test and Debug Technician;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced global team environment and with other technical teams;
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and controls;
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
