Test Process Engineer

Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and improve test processes to ensure stable production output. Troubleshoot test-related process issues: tester downtime, hardware failures, process deviations. Ensure proper setup and buy-off of testers, handlers, probe stations, load boards, and sockets. Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA) for process problems. Drive process optimization projects to improve UPH, reduce test cost, and increase process stability. Perform process control using SPC, OCAP, and maintain work instructions (WI) and SOPs. Work with Maintenance and Technicians to ensure equipment uptime and calibration compliance. Support NPI by preparing process readiness, OEE monitoring, and engineering lots execution.
Requirements
Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronics Engineering or related. Strong understanding of test equipment, handlers, probe cards, load boards, and automation interfaces. Good hands-on troubleshooting skills in test hardware and test processes. Knowledge in SPC, DOE, FMEA, and engineering documentation. Able to support fast-paced, high-volume production.

Pay: RM3,100.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
