Test SchedulerSupply ChainFull timeKuching, MalaysiaYour future jobAs a Test Scheduler at Melexis, you will prepare weekly Production testing schedules for the different Production shifts. Being a real driver from a planning perspective for the overall Production performance in a timely manner. Doing so in close collaboration with the Production and Supply chain Teams.More specifically, you willMeasure and report outputs in regards to the success rate of the prepared schedules. Including proposing improvements and deploying them.Ensure the capacity utilisation at optimum level, aiming overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).Conduct daily review with the production shifts and update accordingly the production schedule.Handle planning emergencies, doing the needed adjustments (e.g. by Quality crisis; Delivery issues; Line stops at customer side).Plan production materials.Your profileBachelor degree or equivalent based on experienceAt least 2-3 years of experience in a similar roleThorough understanding of the production floor, including product-specific workflows and requirementsStrong self-organization skills with the ability to maintain calm and resilience under stressAssertive, proactive, and positive mindset for achieving optimal results
