Job Description

Conduct regular preventive maintenance on test equipment to ensure optimal performance.

2. Perform LED verification and calibration for the lighting test system before releasing it to production.

3. Troubleshoot and repair testers and fixtures to resolve performance issues.

4. Compile and share the daily First Pass Yield (FPY) report to track and analyze test results.

5. Record and analyse machine downtime for RCCA to minimize disruptions and improve tester's reliability.

6. Conduct daily model conversions and configurations of HIPOT, Pre-power Check, RF, FST, and Provisioning test fixtures, and verify with KGB to ensure they meet tester specifications and standards.

7. Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by setting up and verifying new test processes, along with data collection,

8. Engage in initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and overall effectiveness, and submit Kaizen/LSS reports in quarter basis

9. Maintain accurate documentation of test processes, results, and equipment maintenance records.

10. Collaborate with CFT across engineering, quality, and production to address testing and yield issues.

Qualifications Required: (Education, experience, skills, etc. Please be specific)

1. Diploma or higher diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or related fields.

2. Knowledge or experience in test systems and PCBA failure analysis and diagnosis.

3. Proven track record in an EMS or electronic OEM environment.

4. Strong positive attitude and mindset

5. Knowledge/experience of LSS and Kaizen would be an advantage.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,289.94 per month
