Position Title: Tester Engineer

The tester engineer is an active member of the Tester team that provide tester solutions and technical support to Industrial Engineering and operation teams for the development of production lines.

He is also responsible to develop the best practice for the group.

Main tasks:

• To develop and to supply tester solution for the calibration and verification of transducers in production lines.

• To define the need hardware/software in term of test means, and the specification in collaboration with R&D and Industrialization project teams.

• To participate to the cost estimation of new tester solution.

• To supply the test bench (to define the technical specification, to participate to the RFQ, to follow the development of the equipment at the supplier and to validate the equipment).

• To define the calibration/test program of the transducer

• To validate and to document the test benches and the test programs.

• To give support to operations while the production line ramp-up.

• To support product transfer include understanding of test measurement methodology

Professional background:

• Master\'s degree Engineering (Mechatronics, Electronics, Micro-technics\xe2\x80\xa6).

• Experience in the development and release of testing equipment for mass production (in the field of Automotive or Electronics is a plus)

Technical and Personal skills:

• Wide technical culture (electronic, PCBA, mechanic\xe2\x80\xa6).

• Strong knowledge on test of electrical components

• Proficient in programming tools : LabVIEW, TestStand, C, Python\xe2\x80\xa6.

• Experience in mounting and wiring of electronic systems

• Knowledge of Altium software, SEE Electrical software, SQL data-base is a plus

• Fluent in spoken and written English, using French as the day-to-day working language.

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills

• Proven ability to manage customer relationship.

• Likes to work in an international environment and culture.
