Job Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 10 years of working experience
Preferable with minimum 7 years\' experience in Railway Industry (Telecommunication/SCADA/AFC/OCC/ITS/CMMS)
Proficient in English
Willing to work in Kuching, Sarawak

Job Responsibilities:

Develop testing and commissioning strategies, plans, procedures and schedules in alignment with project requirements and industry standards.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define testing objectives, scope, and success criteria.
Manage a team of testing and commissioning engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
Assign tasks, set goals, and ensure proper communication within the team.
Identify potential risks related to testing and commissioning processes and develop mitigation strategies.
