Job Description

• Coordinate daily testing and commissioning activity for 11/0.6kV AC system in substation that include Switchgear, Transformer, UPS, Relay Protection, Cables, LV System, Busduct, Switches etc.
• Ensure testing works executed in the safe manner according to SHE standard and timely manner as per package completion master plan.
• Ensure readiness of drawings, test report, test procedure, JSA, etc.
• Supervise and arrange site access for site supervisor, third-party testing team and on-site vendor representative.
• Any other duties instruction by T&C Manager from time to time.
• Liaise with MHAB, PMC, Alstom and Subcontractor for all related works.
• Able to produce PAT,SAT,IFT and Others procedure or documents.
• Ensuring relevant Permit and other safety system are implemented.

Job Requirement

• Degree in Electrical Engineering (Power) or equivalent.
• Experienced at least 5 years in related Railway Project, Electrical Testing or Electrical Operations.
• Knowledge in operation of test equipment for primary and secondary part of 33kV,11kV and LV, etc system.
• Knowledge with Operation and distribution system of third parties owner.

Skills & Knowledge

• Ability to lead T&C team in various testing of substation equipments
• Able to work under pressure.
• Able to come out in fast solution on site problems.
• Knowledge in various Relay protection and operational ie Siemes/Alstorm/ ABB/GEC/Reyrolle/etc.
• Knowledge in CTs,VTs,relays,metering,Transformer,Rectifier and switchgear.
• Knowledge in testing and commissioning works and able to produce test procedure and test reports.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
