Testing Engineering / Test Automation Engineer

As a Testing Engineer, you'll play a critical role in identifying and resolving issues, contributing to the bank's reputation for reliability and trustworthiness.
How you succeed
To excel in this role, you'll need to be meticulous and thorough in your approach. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, design and execute tests, and identify areas for improvement.
Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be essential in resolving complex technical issues and ensuring our systems meet the highest standards.
What you do
Design, develop, and execute test cases and scripts to ensure system functionality and performance
Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects
Analyze test results, identify trends, and recommend improvements
Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts
Participate in agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
Who you are
A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in software testing, preferably in a banking or financial institution
Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and techniques
Proficient in programming languages, such as Java, Python, or C++
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
