General customer inquiries
Healthcare, insurance & government-related calls
Utilities & financial services
Travel and transportation
Emergency and high-priority situations (e.g., 911 calls)
This is a
remote role
, requiring a professional home environment conducive to uninterrupted communication.
Work Schedule
8 hours per day + 1-hour break
40 hours per week
Night shift
Start times between
8:00 PM - 12:00 AM
Shift rotation every 3 months
Two rotating off-days weekly
Availability to work on public holidays (24/7 operations)
Compensation & Benefits
RM30 per hour
SOCSO & EPF contributions (Malaysia)

Candidate Requirements
