## Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide relevant information
- Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
- Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets
- Collect payments whether in cash or credit
## Requirements
- Applicants must be fully vaccinated
- Applicants must be willing to work in i-City at Shah Alam.
- School leaver/ Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
- Willing to work 6 days a week including on weekends, public holiday
- Willingness to work on afternoon shift (2.30pm \xe2\x80\x93 11pm / 12am)
- **Required skill(s)**: Cashier, Customer Service
- **Required language(s)**: Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Positive working attitude, hardworking and responsible
- Permanent / Part Time / Internship positions available
