One&Only Desaru Coast is seeking a passionate and dedicated SPA therapist to join our team based in Desaru, Johor.

• To maintain a high guest service focus by approaching your job with the guests always in mind and being proactive in a timely manner toward their needs and requests.
• To have a positive impact, taking personal responsibility and initiative to resolve issues, always clearly communicating with both guests and colleagues.
• To be motivated and committed, approaching all tasks with enthusiasm, and seizing opportunities to learn new skills or knowledge in order to improve your personal performance.
• To be flexible, responding quickly and positively to changing requirements including the performance of any tasks requested of you.
• To maintain high Team, focus by showing cooperation and support to colleagues in the pursuit of team goals.
• To actively promote the services and facilities of the One & Only Desaru Coast / Chenot Spa and to guests and suppliers of the Hotel.
• To perform all duties and responsibilities in a manner that ensures your safety and that of others in your workplace.
• To ensure that One & Only Desaru Coast and Service Delivery Standards are fully implemented and demonstrated by all Members of the Team.

About You:

• Minimum of 1-year experience in 5-star resort SPA, retail, and or hospitality environment.
• Diploma or certificate in Body Treatment, Massage, or facial is compulsory.
• Experience in handling Nail care, Hair, and Salon will be an added advantage.

• Fluent in English written and spoken, and other languages a distinctive advantage
• Skills in sales, marketing, and guest relations.
• Strong customer service in the luxury spa/hospitality industry
• To have outstanding customer service skills and a welcoming and sociable personality
