Job Description
Responsibilities:
Maintain professional standard in grooming and customer service.
Build and maintain professional relationship with existing and new clients.
Professionally represent the company to the public.
Carry out beauty treatments with care and follow company's standard.
Equipped with knowledge about the variety of spa services in the market ranging from body treatments, facials, massages, waxing, and manicure/pedicure.
Promote and sell products suitable for client's needs.
Give excellent and personalised customer service while handling treatments and consultations.
Follow up on client's treatment appointments via SMS or phone call.
Determine which products will improve quality of client's skin and demonstrate how to use and cleanse skin properly.
Maintain hygiene and equipment and sample inventory of products.
Acknowledge and respond to customer enquiries, needs, and expectations.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Spa therapist.
Hands on experience in massage techniques, manicures, pedicures, waxing and face/body therapies.
Familiarity in sales will be considered an asset.
Good knowledge of English language.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Positive attitude.
User level computer skills.
Possess at least a certificate in similar capacity in Spa industry.
