Handle airline ticketing issuance, reissuance, refunds, cancellations, and exchanges accurately and timely.
Ensure compliance with airline policies, IATA regulations, and company SOPs.
Coordinate with airlines, consolidators, and internal departments on ticketing matters.
Monitor booking deadlines, fare rules, and ticket validity.
Resolve ticketing-related issues and provide support to sales and operations teams.
Maintain proper records and documentation for ticketing transactions.
Assist in training and guiding junior ticketing staff when required.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years' experience in airline ticketing within a travel agency.
Familiar with GDS systems (e.g. Sabre).
Good knowledge of fare rules, ticketing procedures, and airline policies.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
