Kelayakan

• Languages: English/Mandarin
• Education: Candidates must possess at least Secondary/SPM/\'O\' Level Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma.
• Team Player, Youthful and adventurous
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Design background required (Design skill like PPT, AI, Canva and etc)
• Minimum 1 years\' experience in travel agent incentive group (ticketing/operation department)
• Able to reserve ticket via ticketing system (Amadeus/IATA /Galileo/Sabre, Airline\'s system)

Tanggungjawab

• Should have Understanding of Airline/Aviation/Travel industry.
• Will need to reply Flight and Fare Enquiries emails.
• Handling Group Ticketing and Refunds/re-booking of tickets.
• Handling airlines ticket booking mails from both internal & external customers.
• Handling cases (Query / Request / Complaint / Appreciations).
• Dealing with various internal departments/ airlines.
• Making recommendations according to customer need and complaints.
• Provide professional and timely response and advice on travel inquiries on business and holiday packages to major destinations worldwide.
• Ensure ticket issuance is based on the Airline\'s companies\' terms and conditions and in line with the travel agency requirements.
• Proficiency to handle reservation, offer best available contract or corporate rates for business bookings including Flight, Hotel, Accommodation, Transfers, Car Rental, etc
• Sourcing cheaper costing from Airline, Restaurant, Transportation and Accommodation.
