Requirements

• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia with excellent communication and public speaking skills.
• Possess strong entertainment skills and a vibrant personality to engage viewers during live streams.
• Comfortable being on camera for extended periods and able to maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
• Creative and adaptable, with the ability to generate engaging content ideas on the spot.
• Responsible for hosting live streams on TikTok, showcasing products, and interacting with viewers in real-time.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align live stream content with overall brand strategy and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor and respond to comments and questions from viewers during live streams, fostering a positive and interactive community.
• Analyze live stream performance metrics and provide feedback to improve future broadcasts.
• Must be willing to work on-site in Semenyih.
• Open to fresh graduates and entry-level candidates with a passion for social media and live streaming.

Responsibilities

• Host engaging and entertaining live streams on TikTok to promote products and brands represented by Galaxion 9 SDN.BHD (ALBA Media).
• Develop creative content ideas and live stream formats that align with campaign objectives and resonate with the target audience on TikTok.
• Interact with viewers in real-time, responding to comments and questions, and fostering a sense of community during live sessions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate promotional messaging and calls-to-action seamlessly into live stream content.
• Maintain a consistent live streaming schedule and presence on TikTok to build a loyal following and maximize brand visibility.
• Stay up-to-date with TikTok trends, features, and best practices to optimize live stream performance and engagement.
• Analyze live stream data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and refine content strategies for future broadcasts.
• Adhere to TikTok's community guidelines and policies to ensure a safe and positive experience for viewers.
